Plan terms

The terms, in plain English.

What you get when you pay for Brainwrite, how long it lasts, and what happens when you stop paying.

The plans

Brainwrite Cloud is $49 (Starter), $99 (Pro), $149 (Max) a month, billed monthly in US dollars.

For teams, Team is $169 a month for up to 5 people, and Business is $599 a month for 20 people, then $25 a month for each person more.

You buy a plan inside the Brainwrite desktop app after you sign in, which ties the purchase to your account. See pricing for what each plan includes.

Who a plan belongs to

A Brainwrite Cloud plan belongs to the account that bought it. It unlocks the desktop app for that account, on the computers it signs in to.

Cancelling and expiry

You can cancel at any time. You keep access to the end of the month you have already paid for. Access ends when the paid period ends. There is no grace period.
