How Team Cloud works.

Choose Team or Business
Team is $169 a month for up to 5 people. Business is $599 a month for 20 people, then $25 a month for each person more, with an onboarding call.

Invite your people
Settings → Brainwrite License shows your team, your role and how many people are on it. Everyone works on the team's own always-on Cloud.

Decide who each bot reports to
The Team map shows who reports to whom. Drag a bot onto a person to change it. Each person can have their own Chief of Staff.

Work from the team inbox
On the team's Cloud, the Chief of Staff gathers what needs you, what's for your information and what's done in one place.

Private chats stay private
A member's private chat is theirs alone, admins included. Shared work happens in the team's group chats and on the Team map.
Shared or personal app connections
Admins choose, app by app, whether the team shares one connection or each person connects their own account.
More than one organization
Add another organization from the ＋ at the window's left edge, with its own Cloud, people, bots, apps and keys, at no extra charge. Team has up to 3, Business up to 10.
Every place at the left edge
Your own Cloud, the team's Cloud and your servers show as circles down the left of the window. Click one to switch; each can take its own colour.
Pages for the whole team
Pages bots publish from the team's Cloud count against the team's plan: 500 live at once on Team, 1,500 on Business.

How much does Brainwrite cost for a team?
Team is $169 a month for up to 5 people. Business is $599 a month for 20 people, then $25 a month for each person more, with an onboarding call. Both are billed from the first day with no trial, in US dollars, and include the team's own always-on Cloud.
Can each person on the team have their own AI Chief of Staff?
Yes. On a Team Cloud every bot reports to someone, and each person can have their own Chief of Staff. The Team map shows who reports to whom, and you drag a bot onto a person to change it.
Can team admins read my private chats with my bots?
No. A member's private chat is theirs alone, admins included. Work you want to share goes in the team's group chats. Admins do choose, app by app, whether the team shares one connection or each person connects their own.
Can one team plan run several companies or clients?
Yes. On a Team plan you can add up to 3 organizations, and up to 10 on Business, each with its own Cloud, people, bots, apps and keys, at no extra charge. Each person counts once toward the plan, however many organizations they are in.
